Evaluation of Training Outcome

To validate the training effectiveness, the curriculum adopts different training evaluation method according to the different nature and conditions. The evaluation method is divided into four types, “response training evaluation” (L1), “learning and training evaluation” (L2), “behavioral evaluation” (L3), and “outcome evaluation” (L4), as shown in the following method:

1."Response training evaluation"(L1):

(1)Post-class satisfaction survey.

(2)Member feedback and suggestions.

(3)Using satisfaction survey as the reference for next class offer.

(4)Other response evaluation method.

 

2."Learning training evaluation"(L2):

(1)Test or practice evaluation.

(2)Post-training experience report.

(3)Other learning evaluation method.

 

3."Behavioral Evaluation" (L3):

(1)Supervisor questionnaire.

(2)Participating in relevant certification, licensing test or other formal tests.

(3)Participating in CMUH competition and winning awards.

(4)Using clinical skills evaluation tool as evaluation method:mini-CEX、CbD、OSCE、DOPS.

(5)Other behavioral evaluation method.

 

4."Outcome evaluation" (L4):

(1)Becoming CMUH recognized clinical instructor.

(2)The supervisor of training unit evaluates if the training effect meets hospital requirement.

(3)Hospital KPI evaluation and review report.

(4)Training related revenue growth and growth reduction report.

(5)Department supervisor questionnaire or feedback /opinion suggests the effectiveness of behavioral and significant capacity improvement after training.

(6)External audit or mystery shopper in-fiend audit.

(7)Participating CMUH competition, national competition or foreign competition with awards.

(8)Other outcome evaluation.
