CMUH must value and voluntarily involve in the re-education curriculum of all disciplines or sub-disciplines, providing integrated new knowledge and technology to advocate for the upgrade in the medical quality of medical staff.

China Medical University (Main Campus) maintains balanced development in all disciplines with focus on cultivating talents and distributing the talents in all campuses. In response to the future development of medical system, CMUH already offers cultivation, preparation and employment of attending physicians, resident and management experts over the long run. The campuses of China Medical University system each features different definition and function and all help each other. Under the competitive and cooperative mechanism, the attending physicians engage in complete exchange system.

The learning experience of young physicians and the in-depth integration with top-notch research potential of China Medical University is another key objective in our development. Physicians will visit the relevant laboratories or medical centers in prestigious universities through team/relay method to make systematic cultivation. Advanced study will also advocate for the implementation of more effective research cooperation and medical exchange between senior physicians (advisors) and the medical centers in universities overseas.
