We particularly value the following rules for the cultivation of research fellow

1. Continue to improve difficulty in existing MD/PhD program, un-obstruct the employment channel, assist with career planning, protect research schedule, and attract top-notch graduate student.

2. Cultivate physician scientist with fundamental knowledge, develop curiosity and creativity, set up high level of objectives in order to complete the quality of independent research fellow.

3. Establish visiting fellow system to provide opportunities for overseas outstanding research fellow with cooperation in CMUH.

4. Establish technician system and reinforce the research efficiency and quality of research fellow under complete treatment, duties and command.
