謝淑惠擔任第五任主任。推動了「主護護理」照護模式、發展護理診斷表單、護理計畫表、顧客滿意度問卷,落實推動護理進階制度、臨床輔導員制度、品管圈活動及主辦大型研討會。積極鼓勵護理主管書寫個案報告、行政專案、論文發表及申請醫院研究經費補助,並與學校護理學系建立雙聘制度

羅曉蓉擔任第四任主任。 護理紀錄改以 FOCUS 方式書寫,提供連續性病人更好的照護;配合護理學會推動「護士分級制度」

沙希一擔任第三任主任。製作「急診業務手冊」,推行急診檢傷分類, 遴派1 0 位護理長參加學校護理系的護理行政課程, 以提升護理主管之管理能力

易忠錦任第二任主任。建立起「成組護理」的照護模式,開辦成人加護訓練和手術室訓練。

曾珍麗任第一任護理部主任。建立了各項護理作業流程,在中山堂坍塌事件中,統一的護理作業流程發揮了最高效能,所有的護理人員在第一時間內有條不紊且迅速的協助救護傷患,充分發揮了南丁格爾的精神
