Dr. Szu-Chi Chien specializes in cardiovascular interventions and chronic disease management. His clinical expertise includes:
1. Complex coronary interventions, particularly for calcified lesions and chronic total occlusions (CTO PCI)
2. Image-guided PCI using OCT, IVUS, and NIRS-IVUS
3. High-risk interventions with mechanical circulatory support, such as Impella and IVAC2L
4. Diagnosis and treatment of structural heart diseases, including echo-guided interventional therapy
5. Integrated heart failure management and readmission prevention
