Dr. Szu-Chi Chien specializes in complex coronary interventions, especially in the management of calcified lesions and chronic total occlusions (CTO), with extensive experience in mechanical circulatory support (IABP, Impella, IVAC2L). He is actively involved in heart failure care, structural heart disease, and peripheral vascular interventions—including carotid stenosis, AV fistula maintenance, and lower limb revascularization. Dr. Chien is frequently invited to speak at international cardiovascular conferences and currently serves in key roles in several major cardiovascular societies in Taiwan, advancing clinical standards and interdisciplinary collaboration.
